Building Healthy Eating Habits
I am soooo ready for spring!!
It’s already starting to get a little warmer in New England like 40s lol But I am enjoying it already!! The days are longer too!!!
I’ve been really working hard to start off on a good foot to be my fittest for once we start shedding some layers so here’s what I’m doing for my wellness.
💧 1.Drink up alllll the water aim for 80-120 oz a day more on workout days and start the day with electrolytes, those following me, I tried the ultima peach Bellini today and soooo tasty 😋
🧑🍳 2.Cooking more has kept me eating more nutrients and knowing exactly what I’m putting into my body- this is a chicken and veggie potato soup I made and let me tell you it nourished the soul today!!
🥗3. Create variety on your plate and prioritize protein, veggies and fruit. I went to my moms for dinner and she had the best foods already prepared sooo good!
