Spending time w/ family helps my mental health
Spending time with family drastically helps me get out of a funk and supports my overall mental health. I am able to truly be myself and not have to worry about what they think of me. My family will always be there to support me, and I am forever grateful for that luxury in life.
I have found that my energy is boosted, I feel healthier overall, and my mental health is lifted when I surround myself with people I love and who love me back unconditionally.
