Putting on a good fit, my fave accessories, scents (I love incense and essential oils in my room + on me) helps so much. Like there is a literally science behind looking and feeling hot! It’s all really a state of mind.

Hot girl walks are great but you take it up a notch when practicing mindfulness and sometimes that means no music or podcast. Just you and mama earth!
