we check our phone 100+ times… per day 🤯

according to a recent survey from reviews.org, the average american checks their phone 144 times per day. ‼️ (and spends 4 hours and 25 minutes on their phone daily).

so that means your mind is subconsciously seeing your background screen about 144 times a day!

that’s an insane opportunity to put something there that motivates and inspires you.

I created this collage with the unfold app and used 6 photos I found from Pinterest that align with things I want to attract more of in my life.

• fun genuine female friendships

• a healthy romantic relationship

• buy a house with a yard (not rent anymore)

• grow my glutes

• time in my studio to be creative

• yoga, more podcasts and movement

Having images that inspire your dream life on your phone's background can be a game changer. For example, consider including visuals that remind you of your goals like friendships, a loving relationship, or wellness pursuits. By surrounding yourself with positivity, you're more likely to remember to take proactive steps, such as working out, socializing, or cooking healthy meals, instead of mindlessly scrolling. This small change can gradually enhance your overall happiness and fulfillment in life. Every time you unlock your phone, let it be a reminder to pursue the things that matter most to you.
