My tips and opinions on saving😲

Some saving habits I do is give my money a job every time I get paid. That may look different depending on what holiday, event, etc is coming up, but always give your dollars a job!!

I do the split method when I get paid meaning I split my car payment, electricity bill etc into two. Once I do that I take the remaining money and do my "Dollar A Day Keeps The Callers Away" savings which is me saving $1 everyday. Eventually I would love to move up to $2 everyday and so on.

Save your coins!! All of them and watch that grow as well!

Before I moved into my apartment I was #cashstuffing alot but of course once I moved that started to look different and that's okay.

But that gets me to my 2nd saving habit. If you are blessed enough to have over $300+ left after paying your bills DO NOT SPEND THAT MONEY YET!!

Write down everything you spend your money on. For example

-kids

-birthday

-groceries

-christmas

-tag renewal

Just to name a few! You will turn these into what is called categories or #sinkingfunds.

Decide on a number you want to give each category. It is okay if Kids get $40 but Christmas gets $20 everytime you get paid because the needs will be different for each one.

Also look into HYSA!! I have one and have made $5 so far.
