So I’ve been eating the gummies for 3 weeks now.

I do be more relaxed and my emotions do be controlled for the most part. My anxiety has went down a little bit. I honestly can’t tell if my sleep as improved. I still feel the same when it comes to energy. I don’t know if my focus has gotten better. It kinda feels the same. I do think it is worth it if you are a person who overthinks and gets overwhelmed a lot.
