ask the following

see a box, ask what the box is and who supports it, get the support number and team name

see a line, ask what type of connection that is, is it a http https ftp SFTP connection etc

ask what is the host or core system and what is a dumb device, the host core device is the most important

ask how to restart certain parts of the system
