From two pump sessions, 3 hours apart
When I had my third son I really wanted to try actually giving breastfeeding a full shot. I had him right before thanksgiving and unfortunately my husband took no paternity leave besides my three days in the hospital. I was fine with it.
However, we had two other boys at home under 3. I breastfed in the hospital and supplemented with formula cause he was eating more than what I was producing at that time. I was ok the first two days home, then i stopped for two days before feeling like I was falling at something I really wanted to stick to.
So after figuring out what to do and buying stuff I hope work increase my supply. The first picture was taken last Thursday and was two different 30 minute pump sessions and the second picture was taken during my 10 pm pump. It’s a slight increase unfortunately I’m still having an issue with consistency but hopefully that will change within the next month before I go back to work.

Breastfeeding and pumping can be challenging, especially when juggling multiple children. Many mothers find themselves in a similar situation, trying to balance their duties while ensuring their newborn receives adequate nutrition. Keeping track of your pumping times can help you stay organized, and it's valuable to connect with other breastfeeding moms for support and tips. Joining communities or forums online can provide social interactions and practical advice. Don't hesitate to reach out for lactation consultations if needed. Remember, every breastfeeding journey is unique; find what works best for you and your family, and be patient with yourself as you navigate this new chapter. You might find that separating sessions allows your body to adjust better, ultimately enhancing your overall pumping experience. With persistence and the right tools, you can achieve your breastfeeding goals.
