... Read moreOkay, so you loved my first few low-cal Dunkin' iced coffee hacks, right? Well, my fellow budget-conscious coffee lovers, I've got even more insights into making your Dunkin' run guilt-free and delicious without breaking the bank! As a college student, I live for these tips because who wants to spend all their cash on one drink, let alone one packed with sugar? Beyond those amazing Blueberry Pecan, Skinny Pumpkin Spice 'Latte', and Blueberry Vanilla iced coffees, I've learned a few golden rules for crafting any low-calorie Dunkin' order. First off, always start with an unsweetened base. Think plain iced coffee or even an unsweetened iced tea. This gives you a clean slate to add flavor without the hidden sugars. My go-to is usually a medium Original Iced Coffee – it's classic and versatile. Next up, milk choices are crucial. Almond milk is your best friend here, as it's typically much lower in calories than whole milk or cream. If you're not an almond milk fan, skim milk is another good option. Just avoid those heavy cream additions if you're watching your intake! Now, for the fun part: flavor! This is where you can get creative. Swirls like the Butter Pecan Swirl or Pumpkin Swirl are delicious, but they pack a caloric punch. My hack? Ask for fewer pumps than standard. Instead of the usual 3-4, try just one or two swirls to get that flavor kick without overdoing it. Or, even better, opt for flavor shots! Dunkin' offers various options like vanilla, blueberry, raspberry, and toasted almond. These shots are calorie-free and can give you a sweet taste without the sugar. I often combine a shot of vanilla with a blueberry shot in my iced coffee for a fruity, sweet blend that's super refreshing. It’s a total game-changer for a sweet low-calorie Dunkin' drink! Another pro tip for those looking for lowest calorie options: don't be afraid to customize. You can ask for sugar-free syrups if they have them on hand – sugar-free vanilla is usually a safe bet. And always, always skip the whipped cream. It's a quick way to add unnecessary calories. For those days when you're not craving coffee, an unsweetened iced tea with a splash of flavor shot is a fantastic low-calorie alternative. Or simply water with a fruit flavor shot can be surprisingly satisfying. Remember, the goal is to enjoy your Dunkin' treats without compromising your health goals or your budget. With these simple adjustments, you can make almost any drink a low-calorie Dunkin' delight!

if you want an actual latte. i love espresso much more than coffee. my 90 cal drink is a medium iced latte with almond milk, 3 vanilla flavor shots (always say at the end “not the swirl” lmao) it’s good i like it 🥰 especially bc i used to get a medium iced latte with oatmilk 3 french vanilla swirl which is 250/300
