Self worth

I’ve had this issue my whole life. Whether it’s from guys or just anyone for that matter. Anymore it is honestly hard to find true people to be genuine with. And anymore when I try to get out there and get to know people I either get ghosted or I’m not interested enough to get to know. So I always felt like I was better off alone, even tho I genuinely want to have friendships and or relationships. So I keep trying to tell myself I am worth so much more than what has been given. That God gives his hardest battles to his strongest soldiers. So I just try to keep moving forward no matter the hardships or pain I am going through or could have could go through moving forward.

Many people grapple with feelings of inadequacy, especially when faced with challenges like ghosting or superficial connections. It’s crucial to acknowledge that everyone deserves genuine friendships. Start by recognizing your intrinsic value; practice self-care and surround yourself with supportive individuals. Consider engaging in activities that bolster self-esteem, such as pursuing hobbies, attending workshops, or joining social groups. It's also beneficial to communicate openly about your feelings and desires in relationships, building a foundation of trust and transparency. Remember that every person has unique experiences and struggles which shape their interactions. By fostering empathy and understanding, you can create deeper connections. Additionally, focus on your emotional well-being; seek guidance from mentors or professional counselors when needed. Remember, true connections take time and patience, but they are worthwhile and enrich our lives significantly.
