The banter was so fun and hilarious, I loved it so much! Not only was I swooning over the romance, I was so interested in all the weather talk and storm chasing! Have you watched the movie Twisters (2024)? This book is that vibe!

I loved our boy-obsessed Sebastian! While Quincy thinks he’s competing with her, he could listen to her nerdy talk all day long. His inner monologue of everything he adores about her and how he always wants her to win were so sweet. I was excited for her to find out how down bad he was. It did not disappoint!

As an avid fan of meteorology, I appreciated the author’s detailed weather talk—it added an educational layer to the narrative without feeling technical or dry. The characters’ interactions, especially their witty banter, brought the story to life. Sebastian’s affectionate inner monologue felt genuine and made the romantic tension so much more engaging. This perspective reminded me how powerful it is when a story shows the softer, sometimes goofy side of a romantic lead—making him relatable and lovable. I found myself rooting for Quincy and Sebastian as they navigated their feelings amidst their high-stakes storm chasing. Fans of the 2024 movie Twisters will enjoy the familiar vibe, but this book takes it further by focusing on character development and relationship dynamics.
