ใครกำลังหา “ปลาไหล One Bangkok” หรืออยากเช็กว่า Unagi Yondaime Kikukawa One Bangkok คุ้มไหม ก่อนหน้านี้เราก็เป็นสายเดินผ่านแล้วเห็นคิวยาวตลอด จนวันที่ได้เข้าแบบไม่ต้องรอ เลยอยากมาแชร์รายละเอียดเพิ่มให้คนที่กำลังลังเล/อยากดูเมนูกับฟีลการกินแบบจริงจังหน่อย สิ่งที่เราชอบคือความพิถีพิถันของการย่าง หนังปลาไหลจะมีความกรอบแบบไม่แข็ง เนื้อด้านในแน่นเด้งและไม่เลี่ยน (อันนี้สำคัญมากสำหรับคนที่กลัวความมันของปลาไหล) ถ้าใครเสิร์ชคำว่า “หนังปลาไหล” แล้วกลัวจะนิ่มๆ เหนียวๆ ร้านนี้ทำออกมาค่อนข้างถูกใจสายชอบเทกซ์เจอร์ เมนูที่คนมักสั่งจะหนีไม่พ้น 2 สไตล์หลัก: - Shirayaki (ชิระยากิ) ย่างแบบคลีนๆ จะเด่นที่ความหอมมันจากปลาไหลเอง ซอสไม่หนัก เหมาะกับคนไม่ชอบหวานหรืออยากชิมรสวัตถุดิบชัดๆ ปกติจะมีเกลือ/น้ำจิ้มให้ปรับรสเอง กินคู่ข้าวร้อนๆ คือดีมาก - Kabayaki (คาบายากิ) แบบซอส แต่ของที่นี่ไม่ใช่หวานเยิ้มอย่างที่คุ้นเคย ซอสจะกลมกล่อมกำลังดี ยิ่งเจอหนังกรอบๆ กับเนื้อแน่นๆ คือฟินแบบหมดจานเร็วมาก หลายคนกังวลเรื่อง “สั่งแบบไหนดีให้คุ้ม” ถ้าไปครั้งแรกเราแนะนำเลือกตามสไตล์ที่ชอบ: สายคลีน/ไม่หวานไป Shirayaki ส่วนสายชอบความนัวๆ เลือก Kabayaki ได้เลย หรือถ้าไปกัน 2 คน สั่งคนละแบบแล้วแชร์จะสนุกกว่า เพราะได้เทียบความต่างชัดมาก เรื่องราคา: โดยรวมถือว่าเป็นข้าวหน้าปลาไหลพรีเมียม ราคาแรงนิด แต่สิ่งที่ทำให้รู้สึกคุ้มคือคุณภาพปลาไหล การย่าง และการจัดเป็นเซตที่มีเครื่องเคียงกับซุปสาหร่ายไข่ครบๆ (กินแล้วอิ่มกว่าที่คิด) ถ้าอยากประหยัด แนะนำเล็ง “Lunch Sets” เฉพาะวันธรรมดา ช่วงกลางวัน จะคุ้มขึ้นเยอะ เหมาะมากกับคนที่อยากลองร้านดังแบบไม่เจ็บงบ การเดินทาง: มาทาง MRT ลุมพินี แล้วเข้า One Bangkok (ทางออก 3) เดินตามป้ายเข้าศูนย์ได้ไม่ยาก ตัวร้านอยู่โซน The Storeys ชั้น 1 บรรยากาศค่อนข้างเหมาะกับพาแฟน/ครอบครัวมาวันพิเศษ ทิปเล็กๆ ก่อนมา: ถ้าไม่อยากรอคิว ลองเลี่ยงช่วงพีกมื้อเย็นหรือวันหยุด และถ้าตั้งใจมาลองเมนูฮิตจริงๆ ให้เผื่อเวลาไว้นิดนึง เพราะเป็นร้านที่คนเสิร์ชหาเยอะและฮิตต่อเนื่องใน One Bangkok ค่ะ
