And we took the bag to repair as recommended by the shop in the Central Mall, concluded that it was repaired for free because the shop had insurance for three years and also received compensation from the travel insurance we bought for over 200 baht if we notified the airport staff.

At the date of the incident, we will also receive compensation from the airport, but since we came to know when we got home, we didn't go there, but it's still nice to get documents from the airline to file an insurance claim.
