Makeup cleansing Routine High end VS Affordable

I’m sharing my fav cleansing routine, High end vs affordable.

Let’s say I’ve tried them all! Literally.

Skin care is so important especially for all my makeup girlies, that routine will help make your face a better canvas. Let’s make sure we’re taking care of what’s underneath first. I used to sleep in my makeup in my early 20s, please don’t ever do that 😩 I’m cutting close to 30 this year and my skin has never been better.

01- CLEANSING BALM

So I use this as my first step to melt away all the waterproof and setting we do with our makeup.

I used to LOVE the GLOW RECIPE brand. Their products have so many skin care benefits but they’re expensive.

$32 to wash away in the sink wasn’t cutting it so I looked and Found this elf Cleansing balm and honestly for $11 it does the job. A lot of people sleep on elf but they have alot of good dupes 😉 plus it has hyaluronic acid and Peptides.

02- Face wash

So I love to double cleanse my skin at night I’m currently hooked on Paulas Choice. After doing some research on brands this one came up and I’ve been using her for 3 years now. Gentle, Effective and protects your skins natural barrier. Also non scented for the sensitive girlies 🥰 now if your looking to save a couple of bucks Sephora Brand Gel cleanser is also very good and has skin care benefits as well. Sephora brand has come out with a lot of skin care products and makeup that alot of people sleep on too 😩

03-Toner

Your skin care routine combo should always have a toner included.

Of course I’m loyal to my Paulas Choice 💙 soothes and keeps the skin looking radiant but if you’re looking for something more affordable you can always stick to the OG dickinsons, at $6 that’s a steal.

04- Lastly i included Clean Skin brand disposable towels.

I used to use the washable makeup towels but what that does is gather bacteria even after washing it can transfer to skin and cause more breakouts and irritation. Let’s throw those away and make room for these babies. These are bio degradable & clean. They’re also durable you can wet them, ring them out and also clean your sink up with them when you’re done cleansing. I use them when I’m doing my first step with my makeup cleansing balm. 25 count means it can last for almost a month 💃
