A couple days ago I was stressed so I went for a dusk walk. That gorgeous shot from the pedestrian bridge was my trip out. 45 minutes later I was back to my car feeling much better. An hour later I was home getting a much earned foot massage. Invest in yourself. Self care always pays off!!
