Do rainy days ever make you feel like sleeping in all day ?

I personally love rainy days just as much as I love autumn. It’s a time where you can light a candle , get a nice war, blanket and some snacks and turn on a good show or movie.

I recently came up with a new hobby on Canva being that I suffer from anxiety I came up with my own therapeutic hobby I like to listen to some relaxing music and come up with some interior decorating ideas. I like to mock up an apartment , living rooms , bedrooms ,or bathrooms and kinda decorate it to my liking with a theme for me that’s a form of therapy. What are some ways you might cope with anxiety? I've personally found that rainy weather offers an ideal backdrop for nurturing mental health, especially when dealing with anxiety. One routine that has truly enriched my rainy days involves creating a cozy atmosphere by lighting scented candles and wrapping myself in a warm blanket while enjoying some favorite snacks. This sensory cocoon creates a comforting environment that helps ease tension. What has been a game-changer for me is combining these comforts with calming music and creative expression through interior decorating on Canva. Designing mockups of apartments or living spaces allows me to engage in a mindful and therapeutic hobby that unlocks my creative side while providing a distraction from anxiety. I find that choosing themes and colors that reflect the mood of the rainy day—like warm earth tones or soft blues—helps cultivate a soothing aesthetic that stays with me long after the rain stops. In addition, listening to mellow tracks such as "Winter Ahead" by V and Park Hyo Shin or "Rainy Days" evokes a peaceful state of mind and syncs beautifully with the pitter-patter of rain outside. This combination of auditory and visual calmness has significantly supported my mental health awareness journey. If you’re looking for ways to turn dreary weather into a mentally restorative experience, I highly recommend exploring creative hobbies and creating your own rainy day aesthetic. It’s a gentle reminder that even gloomy skies can foster warmth and tranquility indoors.
