稲叢山は四国の中でも特に人気のある登山スポットで、春から秋にかけて多くの登山客が訪れます。私も今回の登山で感じたのは、晴れた日の眺望の素晴らしさです。山頂から見渡すと、緑豊かな山々が連なり、遠くには太平洋も望めます。 また、道中で出会った多種多様なキノコは、季節の変化を感じさせてくれる楽しみの一つ。注意が必要ですが、観察するだけでも自然の奥深さを感じました。お子さんや初心者の方も無理のないペースで登れるコースがあり、家族連れにもおすすめです。 登山後のご褒美として山頂で淹れたコーヒーは格別。簡単な道具だけでカフェ気分を味わえるので、ぜひ挑戦してみてください。持ち物のポイントは、防寒着とおやつ、十分な水分補給です。台風や雨の日は危険なので、天気予報を必ず確認のうえ計画を立てることが大切です。次回は紅葉シーズンにも訪れて、また違った絶景を堪能したいと思います。
