Pastel de Yuca

PASTEL DE YUCA FÁCIL Y SABROSO

INGREDIENTES:

1,5 kg de yuca rallada (o mandioca)

3 huevos enteros

3 tazas de leche

3 tazas de azúcar

2 cucharadas de margarina o mantequilla

1 pizca de sal

1 coco rallado pequeño (o 100g de coco rallado industrial)

6 gotas de vainilla (opcional)

papel toalla

PREPARACIÓN:

Mezclar todos los ingredientes en un recipiente grande con la ayuda de una flauta o cuchara de madera.

Hornear en un molde rectangular engrasado y enharinado durante unos 45 minutos en un horno precalentado (180ºC).

Es cremoso por dentro y la corteza crujiente. Es delicioso.
