In the interview, the interviewee said,

"I am a filly from the state of Tai Yai. My parents are both filly. I came to work in Thailand by the factory."

"The reason I chose to work in Thailand is because I want to send money to my parents and family who stay at home, and I want people to be better off. I have been in Thailand for about three years now."

"For me, Thailand is a very good country, Thai people are good to me, I like everything here, living, food and people, but if I ask where I want to live in the future, if I have the opportunity, I want to go back to my home, because that is my hometown, there is a family waiting there."

"Finally, I want to say to all Thais, Thank you for welcoming and caring for us. I love all Thais."

2.1) The domicile (according to public law) is whether the civil registry is named in the civil registry in Thailand, according to the Royal Registry, which the interviewee does not have a name in the Thai civil registry.

It is considered that his domicile is Myanmar.

2.2) The principle of domicile (according to private law) is to look at the intention, based on the Code of Commerce, Article 37. The domicile of a natural person is a significant source of residence, and his move to Thailand for three years shows that he is intent on "moving the center of life and livelihood."
