THE best tuna I’ve ever made marinate some sashimi grade ahi tuna in sesame oil and soy sauce. coat in a mixture of sesame seeds, coconut sugar, garlic, onion powder and sea salt. pan fry over medium heat for about 2 mins per side. slice and top with fresh chives. this delicious fresh sashim
