Fall cooking!

A very good friend of mine gave me this AMAZING recipe for roasted red paper and tomato soup. I’ve never tried to make a soup before, but this one will be added to the rotation for sure! The smell was heavenly and I served it with grilled ham and cheese sammiches 😋
