ALWAYS MAKE EXTRA ROAST TO FREEZE

I parboil the veggies and freeze and I swear they taste so much nicer! Also make extra Yorkshire wraps and cauliflower cheese. This is basically what I make for Christmas dinner so it's super easy from the freezer! 😁
