5-Dimensional

"5-Dimensional Happiness" applies to life planning:

1.Self-Care & Health Dimension

Physical and mental health is the most important foundation of happiness. If the base is unstable, other parts are easily shaken.

• Body: Set small practical goals, such as getting 7-8 hours of sleep, drinking more water, or moving your body 15-30 minutes a day.

• Mind: Arrange 10-15 minutes a day to "be quiet" with yourself, practice thanks to the good things that happen each day (Gratitude Journaling) to train your brain to see the small pleasures around you.

• Denial: Learn to reject unnecessary things, or things that will come to destroy your positive energy.

2. Relationship dimension (Relationships)

Humans are social animals. Our happiness is often tied to the quality of the relationships around us.

• Cut and Reduce: Reduce time to "Toxic Relationships" that impair the mind.

• Increase and Treat: Give time to family, close friends, or people with quality positive energy (Quality Time) sitting down and talking without playing mobile.

• Be kind to each other: Practice being a good listener and pass on good feelings to those around you.

3. Growth and Work Dimension

Seeing yourself better or meaningful in what it does helps create lasting and profound happiness.

• Learn something new: Aim to learn 1-2 things you've never done a year, not necessarily about tasks such as cooking, drawing, new languages, or diving.

• Flexible Goals: Set goals in life and work, but don't put too much pressure on yourself. Look at failure as just a lesson.

• Find meaning: The work you do doesn't have to be great. Just insert some "value" and feel proud of it.

4. Financial Well-beaming

Not all money buys happiness directly, but being financially stable reduces "suffering" and anxiety enormously.

• The Peace of Mind Fund: Save Emergency Reserves at least 3-6 times their monthly expenses to provide life with a cushion for tripping guards.

• Pay for Experience: Try to switch from buying things (that are only exciting at the beginning) to paying for "experience" or "buying time," such as going out, hiring people to clean the house to give us more time to relax.

• Long-term planning: Start saving for retirement bit by bit to ensure that we can still take care of ourselves in the future.

5.The dimension of letting go and staying with the present (Mindfulness & Letting Go)

The best plan is one that is ready to be adaptable according to the actual situation.

• Focus on what is controlled: distinguish between "what we can change" (such as our thoughts and actions) and "what we can't change" (such as the past, other people's thoughts, the weather) and let go of the latter.

• Eating Happiness with the Present: Often we worry about the future until we forget to taste the coffee taste on hand or forget to look at the evening sky. Try to practice drawing consciousness back to what's in front of us.
