4-Dimensional

Successful self-improvement has no fixed formula, but it can be structured clearly and practically, divided into four dimensions:

1. Mindset & Goal Settings

• Use SMART Goal: It is often unsuccessful to set goals that should be clear, measurable, practical, reasonable and time-frame (such as "want to save 50,000 baht within 6 months" instead of "want to get rich").

• There is Growth Mindset: Believe that skills and intelligence are developable; failure is not an end, but a lesson in improvement.

• Be honest with yourself: objectively evaluate your own highlights and weaknesses so that you can strengthen your strengths and plug leaks.

2. Time Management & Discipline

• Prioritize (Eisenhower Matrix): distinguish tasks into four categories (important and urgent, important but not urgent, unimportant but urgent, unimportant and unurgent) and focus on "important but not urgent" tasks, such as learning new skills, health care, because these produce good results in the long run.

• Create Discipline Over Inspiration: Inspiration helps us to get into action, but discipline is what keeps us doing it, even on days when we don't want to.

• 20 Minute Rule (Cultivating Habits): If you feel that the goal is too big, start doing it for 20 minutes a day, such as reading or exercising, to reduce brain resistance.

3. Skill Development

• Lifelong Learning: The world changes very fast. Always find new knowledge from reading books, listening to podcasts, or online courses.

• Developed T-Shaped Skills:

• Knowing Deep (Vertical): So proficient in their own core line of work that it is difficult to find replacements.

• Knowing broadly (horizontal): Have knowledge around other sciences to apply and talk to others about things such as communication skills, marketing, or people management.

• Problem Solving: When you encounter obstacles, practice looking for a "solution" rather than complaining about a "problem."

4. Well-being & Networking

• Maintain Work-Life Balance: Redeemed success with broken health is not worth it. Enough sleep, good diet, and regular exercise. Fresh brain will work more efficiently.

• Put Yourself in a Good Environment: "We are the average of the five people we spend the most time with." Try to put yourself near someone with a positive attitude, someone who is better, or someone with similar goals.

• Open to criticism (Feedback): Don't be afraid of criticism, but use it as a mirror to improve yourself.
