Testicular cancer and management in the 21st cent

Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in young men (15–35). It often shows as a painless lump or swelling in one testicle. Risk factors include undescended testicles and family history. Diagnosis is through exam, ultrasound, and blood tests. Treatment is very effective—usually surgery, sometimes with chemotherapy or radiation.
