What’s your best protein snack?

✨ I’ll go first! ✨

My favorite protein snack is steamed shrimp 🦐! It’s low calorie, high protein, and super easy. I just buy a bag of frozen cooked shrimp, thaw it out, and eat it cold. Might be a little weird, but I love it!

For anyone curious:

🍤 A 3 oz serving of medium cooked shrimp has about 84 calories and 18 grams of protein.
