สำหรับใครที่กำลังมองหาทริปใกล้กรุงเทพที่ใช้เวลาขับรถไม่เกินสองชั่วโมงครึ่ง อุทัยธานีถือเป็นหนึ่งในตัวเลือกที่น่าสนใจมากๆเลยค่ะ เพราะเมืองเล็กๆ นี้มีเสน่ห์แบบชิลๆ และสามารถสัมผัสกับวิถีชีวิตท้องถิ่นได้อย่างเต็มที่ จากประสบการณ์ในการเดินทางครั้งนี้ ฉันรู้สึกว่าอุทัยธานีไม่ใช่แค่เมืองธรรมดา แต่เป็นเมืองที่เต็มไปด้วยความอบอุ่นและความเป็นกันเอง ทั้งบ้านเรือนแบบโบราณที่มีเสน่ห์ ถนนคนเดินตรอกโรงยา ที่เปิดช่วงเย็น ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่สำหรับชาวบ้านและนักท่องเที่ยวมารวมตัวกัน เดินเล่นชมบรรยากาศริมแม่น้ำและเลือกซื้อของท้องถิ่น ถ้าพูดถึงอาหาร ฉันและสามีได้ลองร้านหมูกะทะชื่อดังอย่าง ร้านตั๊กบ้านโตน ซึ่งเป็นร้านที่มีลูกค้าต่อแถวยาวจริงตามที่เคยเห็นบนโซเชียล มีการจัดคิวอย่างเป็นระเบียบและด้วยความที่ต้องรอคิวนาน จึงได้เดินเล่นที่ถนนคนเดินแทน ซึ่งช่วงนี้เป็นช่วงเวลาที่ดีสำหรับการเดินชมบรรยากาศและแวะชมพิพิธภัณฑ์โรงฝิ่น ได้ความรู้ใหม่ๆ จากน้องอาสาสมัครที่ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับประวัติและวัฒนธรรมของพื้นที่ อากาศช่วงมีนาคมค่อนข้างร้อน ทำให้ฉันต้องหาน้ำส้มปั่นเย็นๆ ดับกระหาย ซึ่งนั่งได้ใกล้ร้านหมูสะเต๊ะที่ดูเหมือนว่ามีคนต่อคิวเยอะมาก แสดงให้เห็นว่าอาหารพื้นเมืองที่นี่ก็มีเสน่ห์ไม่น้อยเลยทีเดียว แม้จะยังไม่ได้ลองในครั้งนี้ก็ตาม สิ่งที่ชอบมากที่สุดในการเดินทางครั้งนี้คือความเรียบง่ายและสบายใจ มีเวลาพักผ่อนจริงๆ โดยไม่เร่งรีบ สามารถแวะพักนั่งริมแม่น้ำ ดูคนท้องถิ่นใช้ชีวิตช้าๆ และจบด้วยมื้อเย็นที่ร้านตั๊กบ้านโตน ที่มีทั้งหมูกะทะอร่อย และน้ำสัปปะรดสูตรของร้านที่สดชื่นมากๆ ถือเป็นการเติมเต็มวันอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ ดังนั้น หากใครกำลังมองหาที่เที่ยวเช้าไปเย็นกลับ หรืออยากพักผ่อนแบบไม่ไกลจากกรุงเทพฯ อุทัยธานีถือเป็นจังหวัดที่คุ้มค่ามาก แนะนำให้เตรียมใจสำหรับการรอคิวร้านดัง แต่รับรองว่าคุ้มค่าและประทับใจแน่นอนค่ะ
