Just turned 53, & here are a few tips I’ve learned: Menopause can be rough but BHRT fixes it. Regular docs don’t specialize in hormones. You need a wellness doc for that. Find one in your area, or mine is amazing & does telemedicine. If you’re trying to stay fit or get fit lift weights
