The north country trail crosses through here and its absolutely stunning. The hike to the beach is almost the best part as you follow the waterfall and river down to the great lake. This is a pet friendly beach and its an excellent place for views and rocking gazing
📝Description/Tips: beware the treck to the beach is easy going for the most part but it is 160 steps that has stops and benches to rest and take pictures and is absolutely gorgeous but the mosquitoes and horse flys /sand flys were pretty bad. Definitely recommend bug stray or other forms of protection from them. There is some ruff un even paths so anyone who may struggle walking on that kind of ground or is not good with stairs may want to skip this spot.
