Things I did asides going to gym 3 days a week.

1st year - I dropped all bad eating habits, it was a real 12 months battle going back n forth and that's fine. 2nd year - Picked up new eating habits and cut off lunch meals. Breaking my fast every noon. 3rd year - Getting used to my new habits and adding up new ones my body communicates

My baby and her boyfriend graduated from high school! On to bigger and brighter things! I’m so proud of them! I’m so thankful for our church family for honoring her and another church graduate. I am not a stylist. Everytime I get my hair “Professionally” braided and I use professionally very lightly because a lot of these braiders aren’t professional I tend to take my hair out within the first 2 weeks because the hair irritates my scalp and I ALWAYS feel like I’ve wasted my money!
