BookReview
💍 Slow burn + marriage of convenience + magical treehouses?? Yeah, this book owns me.
This book? Absolute top-tier. Calling it now: this one's 100% going in my Top 5 of 2025—and might be my fave romantasy ever. Let’s talk slow burn romance: it was so deliciously drawn out I was internally screaming “JUST HOLD HANDS ALREADY!” every 5 pages. The tension?? Chef’s kiss. 🔥 ✨
I didn’t know “marriage of convenience” trope—because I didn’t realize how much I loved the "fake it 'til we feel it" energy until these two showed up. It’s messy, tender, and SO satisfying to watch unfold.
Devney Perry built a world so magical I’d pack my bags for Treow 🌲right now—treehouses, secrets, romance, plot twists?! YES MA’AM. And that ending?! One of the best I’ve read in fantasy. Ever. Period. Full stop.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ RUN, don’t walk. And Devney Perry? Ma’am, please hydrate and write faster—I need Book 2 like yesterday. Anyone else read this one? What did you think? 🤔
