Lunch Ideas
This is a Chick-fil-A dupe! I’ve been having a hyper fixation meal towards their kale salad and chicken strips but I wasn’t very happy about the price. Therefore I made a dupe! Roughly 580-600 calories. Again I don’t really count my vegetables towards my calories as they help keep me full, and tend to be low calories but that’s my estimation including the dressing.
Chicken:
-Use the Just Bare brand breaded chicken. I weighed out 9 oz, for a total of 480 calories, 48 grams of protein. I air fried it. Add your favorite 0 calorie hot sauce (I used Cholula because that’s what I had on had) and add a little bit of honey.
Kale salad:
-I made a big batch for the next few days so I used 2 bunches of kale, half of a cabbage. Remove the kale stems. Chop up and put in a bowl.
Dressing:
-1/2 cup of olive oil and apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp honey mustard, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp honey, salt to your liking and mix it up.
