Just Bare chicken tenders = Chick-fil-A dupe 🏡
When I say these taste just like Chick-fil-A… I mean it 😭🍗 I threw the Just Bare chicken tenders in the air fryer for about 10 minutes, and boom crispy, juicy, restaurant-style chicken tenders at home! I added my own Chick-fil-A sauces I had on hand and honestly… 10/10. Perfect for those Sundays

Ingredients: 1- whole wheat carb counter tortilla 1- serving bare chicken strips/or nuggets 1-hash brown pattie 2-eggs, splash of milk, 1tbs cottage cheese mixed and cooked. Then assemble! Macros roughly 460 cal, 34 protein, 36 carbs, 14 fiber, 21 fat. Hope you enjoy! #fastfoodreci

This is a Chick-fil-A dupe! I’ve been having a hyper fixation meal towards their kale salad and chicken strips but I wasn’t very happy about the price. Therefore I made a dupe! Roughly 580-600 calories. Again I don’t really count my vegetables towards my calories as they help keep me full, and tend
