Stretching your body is SO important!! It keeps your mobility in your bones & joints strong, enhancing the blood flow throughout your body. Even if it’s for 5 minutes a day, morning or night, stretching goes a long way. Even in the middle of your day, I always make sure to find a few minutes to stretch my body in any way. It honestly gives me a boost of energy and the difference I feel in my body after I stretch make me feel brand new. Keep it simple and incorporate a little stretching into your daily routine!
