WORKOUT WITH ME| Stretching +AB’S 💤🔥
Hey girl💕.. how are you?
I’ve been feeling so unusually tired this week 🥹.. but I’m still pushing through 💪🏾. I think I might not be eating enough, even though I feel so full after meals. Plus, working overnights and then heading straight to the gym definitely isn’t helping 😩.
Lately, I’ve been feeling weak and super sluggish… honestly, this is the hardest part for me when it comes to staying consistent at the gym.
Honestly.. I miss homeworkouts & Pilates soooooooooooo BAD. And I’ll be right back very soon . I’m just waiting on my Pilates stuff🥰…
Cheeeeeeeers for trying and staying consistent
Thank you for watching 🥰, hope to see you soon
Save for later + follow💕
Feeling tired and sluggish can truly make sticking to a fitness routine challenging, especially when balancing overnight shifts and gym sessions. It's important to listen to your body — feeling full after meals doesn't always mean you're getting the right nutrition to fuel your workouts and recovery. Incorporating stretching into your routine not only helps reduce muscle soreness and improve flexibility, but also enhances circulation, which can combat feelings of sluggishness. Ab-focused exercises strengthen your core, improving posture and supporting overall body transformation goals. Even when energy is low, gentle stretching combined with targeted ab workouts can be an effective way to keep active without overexertion. Many find that integrating Pilates later on provides an excellent blend of core strengthening and flexibility, perfect for anyone missing home workouts and looking to safely progress. Consistency is key, and it’s perfectly normal to have days when motivation dips. Try to schedule rest days strategically to allow your body to recharge. Paying attention to your nutrition, perhaps with guidance from a professional, can ensure you’re eating enough to sustain your energy levels. A gradual return to Pilates and homeworkouts once you have the right equipment and mindset can rekindle your fitness enthusiasm. Remember, workout journeys like 'Workout with me: Stretching + AB's' are about progress, not perfection. Sharing your experiences and challenges can create community support, helping everyone stay inspired as they build their summer bodies and achieve their personal goals.
