I'm on a roll yall! Chicken fried rice for brunch today. And I'm really happy that I'm getting my bean sprouts used cuz those sucker's go bad quick!

I made some egg foo young for breakfast and this was the best gravy I've made yet! So our little omelettes today have chicken, mung bean sprouts and a mix of white & red onion; doused in the gravy, a side of rice and a green onion sprinkle.

Here's another asparagus frittata w/red onion, a leftover chicken eggroll and curry puff, egg and cheese. She was amazing yall!

Here we have an impromptu breakfast bake using my pressure canned turkey breakfast sausage crumbles and potatoes nestled in a bed of torn English muffins, onions, peppers, cheese and a seasoned egg custard! Sharing my weekend canning! So here we have almost 10lbs of of baking potatoes cut into chunks and dry packed with a bit of salt and butter. These are great for frying up a breakfast, adding to stew, mash or even a quick potato salad. I love having potatoes at the ready!
