I made some egg foo young for breakfast and this was the best gravy I've made yet! So our little omelettes today have chicken, mung bean sprouts and a mix of white & red onion; doused in the gravy, a side of rice and a green onion sprinkle.

Sharing my weekend canning! So here we have almost 10lbs of of baking potatoes cut into chunks and dry packed with a bit of salt and butter. These are great for frying up a breakfast, adding to stew, mash or even a quick potato salad. I love having potatoes at the ready!
