Strawberry Sorbet with honey
Made this up for the freezer, so when I have a sweet tooth it’s ready to go. Easy to make, but do need a blender or a food processor. I used a blender and did have to add a small amount of water because it was stuck when the blender was trying to blend it.
The little alcohol in this is so that it doesn’t freeze hard in the freezer. You can leave it out
INGREDIENTS
1 pint (16 ounces) strawberries, frozen
1/4 Cup honey
1 Tbsp Vodka, optional, used to keep soft in the freezer (I used tequila because it’s what I had)
juice from a lemon
Throw everything in the blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Store in freezer containers.
