FOOD IS LIFE
FOOD IS LIFE but I owe it to myself for what l put my body through. On my daily routine I eat healthy not because I have to its because I came to really enjoy it and stay dedicated to my craft with training and always trying to exceed how I can get stronger mentally, physically, and spiritually. What you put in your body really affects your mood. #trainingcamp #training #personaltrainer #dicipline #healthiswealth #entrepreneur #influencer #Fitness #hybridathlete #hardworkpaysoff #focusonyourself #fitnessmotivation
On this trip late all of the things I was not suppose to eat but I didn't stop my training I kept going. It comes to show if you really focus on your eating habits and you don't stuff your face on excess calories you can maintain a good physique and enjoy the food you don't normally eat. I had enjoyed every minute of it.
Now I'm back on the grind and I'm hungrier than ever (no pun intended)
(Knee slap) wahaha
