① Dye the paper plate black. Even paint is OK. This time it dries quickly, so I dyed it with DAISO's lacquer spray!
② Make a cut in the paper plate
③ Prepare drawing paper cut into a ghost shape
④ Prepare a black band and attach it to the back of the ghost with glue or double-sided tape. The trick is to stick only one part without sticking the whole surface
⑤ Insert the handle into the notch and complete!
When using Lacquer Spray, use outdoors. Please wear a mask and glasses.

「おばけを手作りしたいけど、難しい工作は準備も片付けも大変…」って時に、紙皿のおばけは本当に助かりました。ポイントは“動く仕掛け”があること。完成したらすぐ遊びに変わるので、作って終わりになりにくいです。 まず、年齢が小さい子と作るなら「工程を分ける」とスムーズでした。紙皿を黒く塗る作業は大人が担当して、子どもはシールで飾り付けを担当。OCRにもあったように「シールで飾り付けもアリ」なので、目や口をシールにするだけで一気にハードルが下がります。ラメやミラー系のステッカーを使うと、ライトに反射してハロウィン感が増してテンション上がりました。 “ゆらゆら”を上手に出すコツは、切り込みの幅と持ち手の硬さ。切り込みが狭すぎると動きが渋くなるので、最初は少し広めにして、ゆるい時だけ微調整すると失敗しにくいです。持ち手は画用紙でも作れますが、よく遊ぶなら少し厚めの紙（ボール紙や折り紙を2枚貼り合わせ）にすると折れにくいです。「3歳でも簡単に動かせて」っていうのは、持ち手がしっかりしていると特に実感しました。 もう1つのコツは、おばけの背中に付ける黒い帯を“全部貼らない”こと。貼る面積が大きいと動きが固くなりやすいので、端だけ留めてゆとりを作ると「飛び出すよ」がちゃんと再現できます。のりだと乾くまでズレやすいので、私は両面テープ＋仕上げにのり、の順が扱いやすかったです。 安全面も大事。スプレーを使う場合は屋外・換気・マスクとメガネは必須で、子どもには近づかせないのが安心でした。室内で手軽にやりたいなら、黒い画用紙を紙皿に貼って“塗らない”方法もおすすめです（乾かす時間ゼロ）。 遊び方のアレンジとしては、完成したおばけを壁に貼って「おばけ退治ごっこ」や、写真撮影の小道具にするのも楽しかったです。おばけの表情を変えるだけで兄弟それぞれの作品になって、ケンカになりにくいのも地味に良かったポイントでした。
