I pan fried mine for 3-4 minutes each side. On medium heat. (Electric stove top) went great with a rolled egg and rice with soy sauce. I eyeball everything. The tankatsu sauce: • 1/2 cup of ketchup • 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce •1 tbsp of soy sauce • 1 tbsp of sugar
