there is hope from trauma. you can break the cycle like I did. God took me from complex ptsd from sexual and emotional abuse. He has been rewiring my brain and brought me healing from therapy. I watched as the Holy Spirit lifted me from one strong hold in my mind to the next. because I have a relationship with Him.
