Coming up I have a presentation in my public speaking class (btw it’s at 7:30 in the morning). My presentation is on zoom but, I’m still feeling like I’m going to throw up. I have ADHD so i fidget A LOT. 😭 Any one have suggestions on how to calm your nerves when presenting. #letschat #lemon8
