these are pretty good basic bisquick pancakes with some protein powder added in . i also have done Kodiak pancake mix as well which added a little more protein and was amazing!

pancakes: cup of pancake mix, serving size of protein powder & water

you then can add some peanut butter and even some nutella on top!!

i loveeee making smoothies, ive been making them all summer so good, healthy, and simple!!

smoothie: frozen fruit, yogurt, milk, a little fresh fruit, ice & some water. and just blend till u like it!!

ps- i made my pancakes in a pan but id rather (but couldn’t find it) use the griddle.

I put all the ingredients (except the oil) in my blender with water and then cooked the batter on a pan with a little oil just how you would cook normal pancake batter. Makes around 5 normal sized pancakes. They were so good! Excited to try different protein powder flavors…
