Travel with me and my 12 week old to Nashville !!

2025/3/1 Edited to

... Read moreTaking my 12-week-old on his first out-of-state trip to Nashville was an adventure, and as a new mom, I definitely learned a few things that could help other parents planning a family getaway or even a babymoon in Music City. When we were looking at where to stay, the highExposeQueries regarding family friendly hotels in nashville tn for family with infant were definitely on my mind. While we opted for an Airbnb for more space and a kitchen, if you're considering a hotel, look for ones that explicitly offer cribs, mini-fridges, and perhaps even a separate living area. Hotels in areas like 12 South or The Gulch are often more walkable and might have easier access to parks or family-friendly cafes, which can be a lifesaver with a little one. Always check recent reviews for how accommodating they are for infants. For flights, nursing or offering a bottle during takeoff and landing was a game-changer for easing pressure in my baby's ears, just as I'd seen recommended. He actually slept peacefully on the airplane seat, covered by his blanket. Packing smart was key – having an activity panel book for some quiet playtime, and definitely a comfortable baby carrier for exploring. We used ours constantly, especially when strolling through 12 South for shopping or navigating the bustling sidewalks of Broadway. Finding Crema Coffee Roasters for that much-needed iced coffee after a flight also became a little ritual! If you're planning a nashville babymoon, don't think you have to miss out on the city's charm. While you might skip the late-night honky-tonks on Broadway, there's still so much to enjoy. Imagine leisurely mornings at charming coffee shops, exploring unique boutiques for baby items (we even found adorable baby cowboy boots for our little guy!), and enjoying delicious food without the rush. A babymoon in Nashville could involve a relaxing stay in a cozy Airbnb, visiting the quaint shops, and perhaps a prenatal massage. It’s about savoring those last quiet moments before your little one arrives, or even enjoying a relaxed, early family trip like ours. The city offers plenty of serene spots and delicious eateries that are perfect for expectant parents or those with a newborn, allowing you to create beautiful memories, whether you're expecting or already have your precious cargo in tow.

where to go for live music in nashville
Don’t get me wrong, there are many wonderful and talented musicians that play on Broadway in Nashville and you’re sure to enjoy the music wherever you stumble into… HOWEVER There are so many other music venues off the main tourist trail that (imo) are better options to really experience live
