Incorporating at-home beauty hacks has also been a game-changer. For instance, switching to press-on nails with strong glue and a UV lamp eliminates the hassle and expense of salon visits while keeping my nails perfectly manicured for weeks. Similarly, tinting my brows at home every couple of weeks has helped me maintain sharp, snatched eyebrows effortlessly. Physical activity took a gentler turn with Pilates sessions at home. It’s far more sustainable and effective for me than occasional pricey classes. The key is consistency—showing up daily, even for short sessions, makes a huge difference in strength and posture.
