うちも保育園から帰ると真っ先に「なんか食べたい！」が始まるので、ごはん前の“つなぎおやつ”を冷凍で常備するようになりました。市販のおやつだと糖分が気になったり、毎日だと罪悪感が増えがち…。そこで助かっているのが、バナナアイス×ヨーグルトの組み合わせです。 ■おしぼりバナナ（＝バナナを平らにする）って？作り方のコツ 「おしぼり バナナ 作り方」で探している人は、たぶん“バナナを平らにして食べやすくする方法”が知りたいはず。私がやっているのは超シンプルで、輪切りにしたバナナを並べてラップをかぶせ、上から平らな容器（タッパーの底など）でぎゅっと押すだけ。薄くなると、 ・凍るのが早い ・ヨーグルトがのせやすい ・子どもがかじりやすい のが良いところです。押しすぎて崩れそうなときは、最初から少し厚めに切ると安定します。 ■バナナヨーグルトアイスを失敗しないポイント ・ヨーグルトは水分が多いとシャリシャリしやすいので、ギリシャヨーグルト系（例：パルテノ）だと濃厚になりやすいです。 ・バナナは完熟（シュガースポットが出た頃）を使うと甘みが強く、砂糖なしでも満足しやすいです。 ・冷凍庫のにおい移り防止に、保存容器＋ラップで二重にしておくと安心でした。 ■味変アイデア（子どもが飽きにくい） 本文のいちごジャム・きなこ・ココア・黒ごま・抹茶系は鉄板。ほかにも、 ・ピーナッツバター少し（濃厚で満足感UP） ・シナモン＋はちみつ少量（大人向け） ・砕いたビスケットを最後にのせる（クリスマス仕様にも） なども相性良かったです。 ■クリスマスっぽく見せる小ワザ 最後にトッピングで雰囲気が一気に出ます。赤（いちご・ドライベリー）＋緑（抹茶・ピスタチオ）＋白（ヨーグルト）を意識すると、それだけでクリスマス感。サンタさんへの差し入れ風に小分けしておくと、子どももテンション上がりました。 ■食べるタイミングの工夫 カチカチに凍ったら、食べる直前に1〜2分だけ室温に置くと、子どもでも食べやすい固さに。ごはん前の食べすぎ対策としては「1枚だけね」と枚数を決めやすいのも、このバナナアイスの良いところです。
