I need the ice cream in the freezer.

✔ half sweet potato half yogurt

✔ sweetness adds a little honey

✔ small size

✔ frozen stock OK

Just mix, sand and freeze

It's really helpful to make it all together ❣️

I could eat it quickly for mom's snack

● Sweet potato... 1 (moist baked sweet potato is recommended)

● Greek yogurt... 100g

100 ml of milk or unregulated soy milk

● Honey... Large 1

● Black sesame: 1 large

・ Coconut Sable

▼ How to make

① Zip lock

② Put coconut sable in the mold and pour ①

③ Put coconut sable on top and freeze

▼ Save

· Cut to your favorite size and store in a zip lock
