I like to dress up for FUN 🫶

What I eat in a day:

❣️Breakfast Granola Cereals and yogurt / mint tea to follow and cut orange 🍊 slices are my favorite fruit for breakfast 💟

The I have banana 🍌 and yogurt for mid-day snack with alkaline water 💦 9.5 ph level 🕉️

❣️For Lunch ⤵️

I usually have soup with salad 🥗

Again Mint or Cloves Tea / or sometimes Chai Latte 〰️

Before dinner ( around 3:30 or 4pm ) if I’m still hungry I would have either a yogurt drink or small açaí bowl 🥣

and I drink lots of water 💦 for hydration!

❣️For Dinner I would have either grilled salmon or any type of fish ( I don’t eat meat bc it’s hard to digest + since I don’t crave for meat at all ; I stay away from oily burger + fries 🍟/ I try to stick to a very healthy diet all day long so I can have more energy to work + play / I trained myself this way to say NO to all food + drink that are bad for my stomach + my brain 🧠 or liver !!! )
