Save for use when the heart is flattered.
Have you ever...
Some days haven't started anything well.
The heart was accidentally negative all day.
We just know that.
"The first 17 seconds of thought."
There's a lot more effect than I thought.
Because if we focus on good feelings
To stay for 17 seconds.
Our hearts will really start to move that way.
Not magic.
But it is mind training
To break up with fear
And then come back to the picture we want to have
The easy way to do this is
1. Stop 17 seconds.
2. Think clearly of what you want to happen.
3. Not just "want" but "feel like it."
4. Focus on comfort, lightness, gratitude.
5. Repeat in the morning or before bed
Such as
- I want to have a calm day.
- I want to attract good opportunities.
- I want to be a powerful woman every day.
- I want to gradually become a more beloved version of myself.
Sometimes life doesn't change because we force harder.
But it's starting to change.
When we choose to send ourselves new powers every day,
17 seconds may seem short.
But if done often enough
It might change the whole way you think.
And the power we actually let go each day.
