When I tried embroidering the basket for 3 months until the weight lost 15 kilos! 🖋️

Before starting, the main goal is to control hunger and lose weight because of BMI excess and risk of liver fat. Previously, I was already exercising, hitting bad, hitting tennis, weight training, but also having problems with fussy eating and calorie control as well as L 🍺, so the weight didn't go down once.
